Well, I've almost gone a week into my second semester of college, and I'm loving it! Firstly, my Chemistry II instructor is really great. He teaches us by letting us try out the formulas in class. He's also a pretty cool guy who just wants people to enjoy Chemistry. Secondly, my math class is even better than last semester. I got a different teacher who explains it all really well. It's finally starting to make sense now. They're also focusing more on the important things that most of us will use instead of the "engineer only" math that I had to deal with last semester. I also have this really great medical Latin class. We learn how medical terms are derived and how to put words together to describe diseases and issues with the body.

The sucky part of this semester is the Philosophy class that I had to take. It's pretty boring most of the time. In fact, I didn't learn anything in class today. We just kind of read things on the board. It's pretty lame.

I'm really hoping I could get a job around campus. I got pretty good grades in the rest of my classes and they're looking for some chem tutors, so I'll see if I can apply for that or something. I just really need a job close to or on campus that isn't so time consuming. Something that I could do my homework at or study. Last semester was pretty bad with the whole job thing. Maybe this semester will be better.
